AI Training Pricing

Part of AI Training

Fixed price per session. Not per head.

No quote-us-and-see, no per-person licence. A half-day session is $1,200 and a full day is $2,000, plus GST, for a team of up to a dozen. You know the number before you book, and bringing the whole team costs the same as bringing half of it.

What does AI training cost?

A half-day AI training session is $1,200 and a full day is $2,000, both plus GST, for a group of up to a dozen people. It’s a fixed price for the whole session — not a per-person charge and not a licence — so it costs the same whether six people come or twelve. The half day runs up to three hours and suits a team that needs the essentials; the full day runs up to six and gives everyone time to work through their own tasks in depth. Travel is included across metropolitan Melbourne, and anywhere further is quoted up front. You’ll know the number and exactly what’s covered before you book — no per-head creep, no surprise line items.

Half day

$1,200 + GST

Up to 3 hours · up to 12 people

  • Hands-on, at your office
  • Built around your team’s real tasks
  • The essentials, for a smaller or confident team
  • Prompts & workflows saved on the day

Full day

$2,000 + GST

Up to 6 hours · up to 12 people

  • Everything in the half day
  • Time for everyone to go deep on their own work
  • More ground covered, less rush
  • Best for a whole team getting up to speed

Travel outside metropolitan Melbourne is quoted separately. An optional short follow-up session a few weeks later is priced by length.

Why a flat session price?

Because per-person pricing quietly punishes the thing that makes training work. The point of a session is that the whole team gets to the same baseline together — the confident and the nervous in one room, learning the same rules on the same day.

Charge by the head and you push managers to send “just the key people”, which leaves half the team guessing and the gap you were trying to close still open.

A flat price takes that decision away: book the session, bring everyone who’d benefit, and the cost doesn’t move. It also keeps the whole thing honest and easy to approve — one number, agreed up front, for a session built around your actual work.

AI training pricing FAQs

Per session. A half day is $1,200 and a full day is $2,000, plus GST, for a group of up to a dozen — the same whether six people come or twelve. There’s no per-head charge and no licence, so you’re not penalised for bringing the whole team, which is the point of running it in the first place.

Group size and depth. A half day (up to three hours) covers the essentials and suits a smaller or already-confident team. A full day (up to six hours) gives everyone time to work through their own tasks in detail and covers more ground. If you’re not sure, tell us who’s in the room and what they do, and we’ll recommend one — we’d rather you booked the right length than the bigger one.

Travel is included anywhere in metropolitan Melbourne. Outside metro Melbourne we quote travel separately and up front, so there’s no surprise on the invoice. There’s no setup fee — building the session around your team’s actual work is part of the price, not an add-on.

A short follow-up a few weeks after the session helps the habits stick, and it’s quoted separately by length — usually a fraction of the original session. It’s optional; plenty of teams don’t need it. We’ll only suggest it if we think there’s something worth coming back for.

A hands-on session run at your office on your team’s real tasks, the prep that goes into tailoring it, and the prompts and small workflows people build on the day saved against their own work. It’s a working session that leaves your team quicker at their jobs — not a slideshow and a handout.

No — it’s a practical workshop, not a formal course, and there’s no certificate. We’re not a training organisation and won’t pretend to be. What you’re paying for is capability the next morning, not a credential. If a formal course is what you need, we’re not the right fit and we’ll say so.
