AI Team Workshops
Part of AI Training
The whole team, to the same place, in one room.

What is an AI team workshop?
Most teams already have one person who’s good with AI and everyone else quietly guessing — and that gap is exactly what a team workshop closes. It’s a single hands-on session where the whole team learns the tools together, on the work they share, in one room: the confident and the sceptical reaching the same baseline on the same day. We run it at your office and build it around what your team actually does, so nobody’s practising on toy examples. It stays a working session throughout — people doing their real tasks with the tools, not watching a demo of them. There’s no course and no certificate; there’s a team that walks out quicker and more consistent than it walked in.
Why run it as a team, not send people off individually?
Because AI skill spreading unevenly through a team causes more problems than no skill at all. When people learn it one at a time from a video or a colleague, you end up with a handful of different habits, a few quietly risky ones — client data going into the wrong tool — and no shared sense of what “good” looks like.
Doing it together in one session fixes that in an afternoon: everyone hears the same rules about what’s safe to put in, sees the same techniques, and agrees on how the team will actually use these tools.
It also does something a solo tutorial can’t — it lets people learn from each other, watching how someone in a different role cracks a problem, and it turns a private, slightly embarrassing “I don’t really get this” into a normal thing the whole room is working through at once.
Who's in the room
We build the workshop for the people doing everyday work — coordinators, account managers, ops, sales, admin, support — not for developers, and no one needs a technical background. Because it’s hands-on and small, we can go person by person, which means the least confident people get the most attention rather than being left behind by the keenest. Mixed teams are welcome: the core skills are shared across roles, and we shape parts of the day so each group still works on the tasks that matter to them. If you’re weighing a session for a specific team against getting your whole business up to speed on AI, we can talk through which fits.
AI team workshop FAQs
Up to about a dozen in one workshop, so everyone gets time on their own work and nobody hides at the back. Bigger teams we split across two sessions rather than cramming — a workshop stops being a workshop once the room is too full for people to actually do the work with us beside them.
Yes, and it often works well. Admin, sales, ops and marketing use these tools differently, but the core skills are shared, and people pick up useful ideas watching a colleague in another role solve a problem. Where a team is very mixed, we structure the day so each group still spends time on tasks specific to them.
That’s the normal room, and it’s the reason to do it together. The sceptics usually come round once they’ve used the tools on their own work rather than heard claims about them, and the keen ones stop guessing and pick up the safe, effective way to do it. Getting both in one session is the whole point.
Always. We ask beforehand what your team actually spends time on and build the session around those tasks, so people practise on their real emails, reports and research rather than generic examples. A workshop on someone else’s work doesn’t stick; one on yours does.
Neither — it’s a practical workshop, and there’s no certificate. We’re not a training organisation and won’t pretend to be. The value is a team that can use these tools well the next morning, not a line on a CV. If a formal course is what you’re after, we’re not the right fit and we’ll tell you.
A half-day workshop is $1,200 and a full day is $2,000, both plus GST, for up to a dozen people — a fixed price for the session, not per head. Travel is included across metropolitan Melbourne. The full breakdown is on our training pricing page.
