Industries We Build For
The systems are much the same everywhere. What changes is the work they’re tuned to. Here’s where we’ve built automation for a specific industry.
Where we’ve built
Recruitment
Sourcing, screening, CV formatting and CRM hygiene, so recruiters place people instead of doing admin.
IndustryeCommerce
Orders, inventory sync, support triage and reporting handled, so the admin stops eating the day.
IndustryReal Estate
Portal leads answered in minutes, listings prepped, follow-up on schedule, so agents spend time with people.
IndustryAccounting
Client onboarding, data chasing, deadline tracking and workpaper prep: the admin around the advice, never the advice itself.
IndustryHealthcare
Patient intake, reminders, recalls and referral admin handled: the paperwork around care, never the clinical decision.
IndustryFinancial Services
Client onboarding, document collection and compliance admin for brokers and advisers: the admin around the advice, never the advice.
IndustryProfessional Services
Proposals, onboarding, time capture and reporting: the admin wrapped around billable work.
IndustryConstruction
Quotes, scheduling, compliance docs and invoicing chased and tracked, so the job runs and the paperwork keeps up.
IndustryManufacturing
Orders, stock, reordering and production paperwork synced across your systems instead of re-keyed.
IndustryLogistics
Run sheets, proof of delivery, tracking updates and invoicing: the coordination around every job.
IndustryHospitality
Bookings, rosters, supplier orders and reviews handled, so the floor runs and nobody lives in the inbox.
IndustryRetail
Inventory, loyalty, supplier and multichannel admin kept in sync without anyone re-keying it.
IndustryEducation
Enrolment, student comms, compliance admin and reporting: the administration around teaching, handled.
IndustryFitness
Memberships, bookings, billing and win-back messages running on their own, so coaches coach.
IndustryLegal
Matter intake, document assembly, deadline tracking and time capture: the admin around the law, never the advice itself.
Does the industry actually change the build?
Less than the brochures suggest. More than nothing. The plumbing is the same everywhere: something arrives, it gets read, checked, entered somewhere and passed on, and a person only sees the ones that need a person. What changes is which step is expensive. In a law firm it’s document assembly. In a warehouse it’s the third time the same order gets keyed into a different system. In a gym it’s the follow-up nobody has time to send.
Worth saying plainly: if your trade doesn’t have a page yet, that changes nothing about whether we can build for it. We’ve shipped systems into trades with no page at all. These pages exist because somebody asked the same question often enough to be worth writing down.
Most builds run two to six weeks and land between $3,000 and $15,000, on a fixed quote agreed before anything starts. If a process is too rare or changes shape too often to pay for itself, we’ll say so on the first call. Sometimes the honest answer is that nothing is worth building yet.
