Pricing

Fixed quotes. No per-seat fees.

No meter, no per-person licence, no quote-us-and-see. Most builds land between $3,000 and $15,000, quoted as a fixed price for the scope we agree before we start. You own what we build — so it costs the same to run whether two people use it or twenty.

What does it cost to automate something?

Most automation, AI and CRM builds sit between $3,000 and $15,000, quoted as a fixed price for an agreed scope. Where a project lands in that range depends on how many steps and systems are involved and how much has to be custom — a single high-volume process is at the lower end, a system spanning several tools is higher, and a full replacement with migration is quoted separately. Whatever the shape, you get the number before you commit, you own what we build outright, and there are no per-seat fees stacking up as it does more work. Most builds make your monthly software bill smaller, not bigger.

A focused build

$3k–$8k fixed

One process, start to finish

  • The single task eating a day a week
  • Scoped, quoted and owned by you
  • The best place to start and prove it
  • Built in stages, working early

A custom system

$8k–$15k fixed

Several tools, working as one

  • An AI agent or a build spanning systems
  • Integrations so data moves on its own
  • A CRM shaped around your process
  • No per-seat fees, hosted in your accounts

Full replacements with data migration are quoted separately and up front. Consulting and training are fixed-scope of their own — an audit or strategy engagement is priced per project, and training is a flat price per session, not per head.

Why a fixed quote instead of an hourly rate?

Because an hourly rate makes our incentives point the wrong way — the slower it goes, the more it earns, and you carry all the risk of it running long. That’s a bad way to start a project that’s meant to save you time.

A fixed quote flips it. We take the risk of scoping it right, you get a number you can actually approve, and there’s no meter running while you think.

It also forces the honest conversation up front: what exactly are we building, what’s in and what’s out, and what’s it worth. Agree that once, and the price doesn’t move — if you want more later, that’s a new piece of work, quoted the same way.

Pricing FAQs

Most builds sit between $3,000 and $15,000, quoted as a fixed price for the scope we agree. Where a project lands in that range comes down to how many steps and systems are involved and how much has to be custom. Larger replacements — a full CRM with migration, say — are quoted separately, and we tell you up front when a job is one of those.

Fixed. You get a set price for a defined scope before we start, so you know the number and there’s no meter running. If you later want more, that’s a new, separately-quoted piece of work — never a surprise on an invoice.

No per-seat fees. You own what we build, so adding people doesn’t add licence cost. The only ongoing cost is the infrastructure it runs on — usually tens of dollars a month in your own accounts — plus optional support if you want us on hand. Most of what we build makes the monthly software bill go down, not up.

Because the same request can be a two-week job or a two-month one depending on your systems, and a fixed list would either overcharge the simple cases or under-scope the hard ones. What we can promise is the range, a fixed quote before you commit, and a plain explanation of what moves the number.

A single high-volume process — the one task eating a day a week — is usually the best place to start, and it sits at the lower end of the range. We’d rather ship that, prove what it saves, and let the result justify the next build than sell you a big programme of work on day one.

We scope it narrow, quote it fixed, and build in stages so you see it working early. Starting with one process and expanding from proven ground is the whole method — it’s how you get the payback without the risk of a big-bang project that stalls and runs over.

Similar principle, different shape. An AI audit or strategy engagement is a fixed scope and price of its own, and training is a flat price per session rather than per head. Whatever the work, you get the number before you say yes.
