Website Migration Service
Move your website to Vercel, and leave the slow behind.

A faster site that costs less to run.
Vercel serves your site from a global edge network, so it loads in milliseconds wherever your visitors are. There are no plugins to patch and no servers to babysit. Here's what the move gets you, and further down, when it isn't worth doing.
Fast load times
Your pages are built ahead of time and served from the location closest to each visitor. That means near-instant loads on every device, which visitors notice and search engines reward.
Better SEO & rankings
Speed is a ranking factor. We carry your metadata, structured data and URLs across with 301 redirects, so you keep the rankings you have, and often climb a little because the site is faster.
Lower running costs
Static sites on Vercel are cheap to host, and often free at typical small-business traffic. You drop the monthly CMS subscriptions, plugin licences and security add-ons you're paying for today.
Far less to secure
A static site has no database or admin login to break into, and no plugins to fall out of date. HTTPS and DDoS protection (defence against floods of fake traffic) come built in.
Scales automatically
Get featured or run a campaign and Vercel scales up to meet demand, then settles back down after. The site stays up during your busiest moments, which is exactly when an online store can least afford to drop.
Zero-downtime cutover
We build and test the whole site before touching your domain. When it's ready, the cutover is near-instant, and your visitors never see a broken or missing page.
Two ways to make the move.
Rebuilt exactly as it is, or given a fresh look on the way over. Either way the price is fixed, and you end up with a faster site on Vercel that costs less to run.

From slow CMS to live on Vercel, step by step.
Audit & scope
We review your current site (pages, content, URLs and SEO) and confirm exactly what moves across, and which path fits: replication or redesign.
Rebuild on Vercel
We rebuild your site on a fast, modern stack, pixel for pixel for a replication or on a fresh template for a redesign, with all your content and branding in place.
SEO & redirects
Metadata, structured data and 301 redirects are set up for every URL, so search engines follow the move and you keep your rankings.
Test & go live
We test everything on a staging URL (a private copy of the site), then point your domain at the new one. The cutover is near-instant, with zero downtime for your visitors.
Migration questions
Vercel serves your site from a global edge network, meaning servers close to each visitor, so pages load in milliseconds wherever people are. You get better Core Web Vitals, fewer security worries, automatic scaling and far lower running costs than a traditional CMS, with no plugins to keep updated.
Only if you want it to. A straight replication rebuilds your current site pixel for pixel, with the same content and design, just much faster. A redesign keeps all your content and branding and rebuilds it on a modern template.
A straight replication of your existing site onto Vercel starts at $1,000 AUD. A redesign onto a modern template starts at $3,000 AUD. Both include hosting setup, the domain and redirects, and your SEO carried across so you keep your rankings.
It shouldn't. We carry over your metadata and structured data, and set up 301 redirects (permanent forwarding from each old address to its new one) for every URL, so search engines follow the move cleanly. Faster sites often do a little better afterwards, because speed is a ranking factor.
No. We build and test the whole new site before switching your domain over, so the cutover is near-instant and your visitors see no downtime.
When a migration is the wrong call
Said plainly, because it costs us work to say it. Plenty of sites should stay where they are. If the current site is fast enough, nobody's fighting the CMS to make an edit, and the hosting bill isn't embarrassing, a migration buys a nicer stack and not much else. The move is worth it when the platform has started deciding what the business can publish, or when the running costs have quietly outgrown the site. We'd rather work that out on a call than halfway through a rebuild.
What does success look like?
Six weeks after the cutover, the site just feels different. Pages open the instant someone clicks, the monthly hosting bill has dropped, and the security warnings and plugin updates that used to eat your afternoons are gone. Nothing about the content changed, so your customers see the same site, only faster. What changed is everything behind it. You own the stack, it scales on its own, and you’re no longer paying for a slow CMS to be slow. Owning that foundation outright makes it the easiest base to build the automations behind your business on.
